Why entrepreneurs trust KRYNO with their business abroad
- Most entrepreneurs contact lawyers only after a problem arises: the bank has blocked an account, company formation is delayed by document errors, the tax structure proves unfit for purpose, or a consultant's 'quick solution' creates even more risk.
That is why KRYNO. We created the company not as ‘just another law firm’, but as a team that understands that businesses need not complex legal wording, but predictability, speed and a sense of control.
In 2022 the KRYNO team brought together expertise in international law, tax consulting, corporate structures and business support to work with clients comprehensively — not as lawyers for a single task, but as a partner who sees the broader business picture than one contract or one company formation.
Today, KRYNO supports clients in Ukraine and abroad: opening companies, building transparent international structures and working with banks, contracts, tax matters, fintech and crypto. We do not sell template solutions. We help businesses operate with confidence, free from legal chaos and unpredictable risks.
What KRYNO handles and where we honestly say 'not us'
- What we do
Company formation in 15+ jurisdictions
We select a country and structure for the specific business model, not the ‘most popular solution’. We support the process from jurisdiction selection to registration documents and company launch.
Contracts and corporate documents
We prepare NDAs, partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements, international contracts, agreements with foreign counterparties and other documents that protect the business in real dealings with partners, clients and contractors.
Legal support for operating businesses
We handle corporate compliance, KYC, UBO declarations, internal documents and annual corporate procedures. We keep the structure in order to avoid problems with banks, tax authorities and regulators.
Tax advice and structuring
We advise on jurisdiction selection, tax burden, EU VAT registration and international business structuring. We explain complex matters clearly, without legal fog.
International corporate law
We support holding structures, business restructuring, international corporate changes, M&A processes and groups of companies in different countries.
Crypto and fintech
We work with crypto, fintech and digital businesses where speed, confidentiality and understanding regulatory requirements matter. We assist with formation, licensing and legal compliance in relevant jurisdictions.
Protecting business interests
We conduct legal risk assessments, compliance audits and pre-transaction structure reviews and advise before key decisions, so problems do not emerge only after documents are signed.
Business Legal Due Diligence
We conduct comprehensive legal due diligence before an acquisition, investment or partnership. We analyse the business structure, contracts and potential risks so you understand the company’s true position and can assess the consequences before signing.
- What we do not do
We do not handle litigation
We do not practise litigation or represent clients in court. If court representation is required, we recommend trusted specialist partners.
We do not recommend dubious schemes
If a solution will not withstand bank, compliance or regulatory scrutiny, we say so directly, even if that answer is less convenient.
We do not work with toxic risks
We do not support sanctioned clients or opaque sources of funds. No exceptions or special arrangements.
We do not try to be 'lawyers for everything'
KRYNO has a clear focus: international business, corporate structures and legal support for companies. Clients therefore receive a systematic solution, not a random set of services.

Personal communication
The client knows who they are speaking with, who handles the matter and what stage the work has reached. No vague promises to check and return someday.
Deep case engagement
We analyse not only the legal issue but also the business context: operating model, countries, counterparties, tax consequences, banking requirements and future plans.
